Your money is never held by Rendelio AI: it sits in the account in your name with the partner broker. That is why a withdrawal is always requested from the broker, which carries it out under its own terms.

Why a withdrawal can be delayed
The most common causes are simple, and almost all of them can be avoided in advance. The first is the refund method: the rules generally require money to be returned by the same method used for the deposit, so a card deposit goes back to the card, and a bank transfer goes back to the account it came from. The second is incomplete documents: if your identity card has expired or your proof of address is unreadable, the check stops. The third is positions still open, which tie up part of the balance and reduce the amount available. The fourth is the calendar: a request sent on a Friday evening is in practice handled on the Monday, and Belgian public holidays can also add a day or two.
Practical tips
- Try it out with a small amount. A modest first withdrawal shows you the real process without committing anything.
- Keep your documents up to date in the broker's client area.
- Look at the available balance, which is not the same as the total balance when positions are open.
- Withdraw to a current account in your own name: a transfer to someone else's account is refused.
- Keep the confirmation of every request, with the date and the amount: if there is ever a question, that is the first thing the broker will ask you for.
Important: nobody will ever ask you for a payment to "unlock" a withdrawal. If it happens, it is fraud and it does not come from us.
